Incredible! Though I doubt he was actually going to stab Conan (he wasn't lunging nearly as far as he could have), it look like Conan had no idea he was going to pull knives as a gag. He sounded genuinely freaked out.

Ok, thanks for the description on what's going on here. For those of us that DON'T watch this shitty show, apparently Tracy Morgan plays a crazy movie star with erratic behavior. This is a short clip from an episode of that show.
