Man, if only the moron had realized to stay put by the tree would have given him an AWESOME view of the race. But no, he obviously thought the bicycles were going to tromple the tree flat...

Let's not act like this was the spectator's fault. First, there were a couple of bikes that looked like they were going to hit the two spectators, so obviously they flinched, and the guy tried to escape. Natural reaction.

And it's also the cyclists' fault because he left the group and went into the parking spaces and the bike lane. Last time I checked, racing must stay on the actual road.
