Was a decent show, I guess.

I watched the whole thing over a week when I was off work sick.

Really enjoyed it, but found that watching it like that got pretty bleak at times.

Can't help but think the Canadian version wouldn't be as good.

It was a great show, but I didnt like the ending. It was too conform with society. But at least it showed the tragedy of indoctrination.

I'm not really sure where the conformist message is in Breaking Bad. Do you mean the part where the main character becomes increasingly amoral, but succeeds in making millions of dollars and murdering everyone who gets in his way?

Can you elaborate? Not mocking you, I'm genuinely interested to see how you feel it's conformist.
