i don't see why this is an unfair question ?

what's more offensive is swearing to tell the truth under god. its like me swearing to tell the truth under harry potter or some other made up thing .

actually more often I hear "pineapple" shaped

So the prosecutor (I assume) asked his ridiculous question, was warned by the judge (again, an assumption), and then went ahead with the same line of questioning? Either he's a douche with an airtight case or he's the worst attorney ever. Does anyone know the context of this deposition?
