The Wrestler - Father and Daughter

One of my favourite scenes of the movie. Even though I felt it didn't quite live up to the hype, the direction and acting was everything it promised and this scene is so powerful

I disagree. If you haven't seen a film, don't watch the clip if you care about spoilers. But just for you i'll put it in the tags

Beautiful, beautiful scene. One of my favs, too.

The story was ok and sometimes slow.

But that performance...oh, that performance turned in by Roarke was one of the best I've seen in years.

He was robbed at the Oscars. As much as I like Sean Penn, after seeing both this and Milk, Roarke really should have won.

Of course, it's all subjective anyway.
