Excellent soundtrack to this film by Hans Zimmer.

Meditative and hypnotic movie. I loved it. But you need to dedicate a thoughtful rainy Sunday to really enjoy it. Saving Private Ryan this is not.

I liked it too -- a bit too dreamy, though.

The soundtrack is by Hans Zimmer. The film is by Terrence Malick. The way you've constructed your description makes it look like Hans directed the film. No biggie.
