Maybe not, but that's what Sothebys are there for, to authenticate it
A10anisWas the price paid for the love of the art, or for the future proof investment? I bet on investment, because to my eye, and I know it is subjective, it is something a 10 year old would produce.

Plus, there are FOUR versions of this painting apparently. All by the artist, all from the same year... wouldn't you think that would hurt the value a bit? I mean, most if not all, other classic famous paintings are one of a kind, no?
