That guy is the best in the business at "DOING" funny. It's pretty obscure, but see him in Funny Bones with Oliver Platt and the King of "DOING" funny, Mr. Jerry Lewis. Most people, though, have seen him as one of the trio of stalkers in "There's Something About Mary".

Yeah, this is an example of how everyone has different tastes ... I for one cannot believe that this has so many votes. For the first few seconds, when I thought he was emulating drum sounds with his voice, I was psyched ... but as I realized that he was just miming along with prerecorded music, and in exaggerated, not-even-that-funny (I don't think bamdrew was far off in calling it creepy) ways at that, I felt cheated and unamused. But good for this vid for getting so many votes from others!
