^ It's a reference to a popular online game called Starcraft. To construct a base and train an army, you needed to gather vespene gas and minerals, and to support your troops, you needed to build pylons that would give energy. The in-game error message "You must construct additional pylons" sounded whenever you ran out of available energy.

Probably due to the game's popularity and the annoyance of the constant error messages, it became a Meme along the lines of "over 9,000!" and therefore was used in all sorts of parodies, like this Monty Python one.

Not to be a meme pedant but I think the meme is actually the "need moar vespene gas" line but this was still funny as hell. Well done!
