Fake or Fact...Asian (Chinese?) man seems to be able to create electric charge from his own body. From around 10years ago...

I think it's fake. When he "lights" the paper on fire, the fire doesn't start near his fingertips which were touching the paper like you would expect it to. It looks more like it starts from the bottom of the paper.
