I was looking for some good Ghostbusters videos and I came across this interesting little nugget of WTF.

Who you gonna call?!? Two old guys and a hyper intelligent gorilla. Hell, I want to call them up anyway.

Oh god, yeah, then they brought this show back in the 80's as an animated cartoon at the height of the Ghostbusters (Murray/Akyroyd) craze. It used to drive me INSANE when I was a kid, trying to figure out why Egon got replaced by a freaking gorilla. Damn cash-in also-rans!

Hence the cartoon was titled "The Real Ghostbusters" to avoid confusion. I didn't know there was a real life version of the cartoon.
