Socialist democrats control California. There is no shortage of heavy taxation or severe environmental regulation.

How can there not be enough money to pay for Everything?

Your state is broke. What do you want? Working traffic lights or parks?

If you are that concerned that get off you asses and maintain the parks yourself. Quit bitching for handouts. Form Volunteer groups.
