The Best of the Hilarious Prince John

Peter Ustinov's characterization of Prince John is so good that I enjoy these clips even more when I close my eyes. Of all the characters in Disney's Robin Hood (1973), Prince John is by far the most memorable, and I would argue that he is one of Disney's most hilarious characters. Sir Peter Ustinov pwns.

whose the better king. The crazed warrior who neglects his princely duties and goes off chasing romanticized grandeur or the incapable brother who never really had it in him to do much administration, but was forced to look after the country for his reckless brother?

you speaking from a historical standpoint or just poking fun at the movie? as far as the movie goes he may have been incapable but he had enough in him to overtax the people to starvation. as for real history, i have no idea.

upvote for fond childhood memories. such a great/fun movie!
