ChaosEnginesays...Honestly, my first reaction was "wow, 10 is very young to be doing that kind of weightlifting".
But...
a quick google reveals that strength training is fine from about 7 to 8 onwards.
So, it's not hurting her, she likes it and it's keeping her fit and healthy... great stuff!!
