Perth Mint in Western Australia has just produced the world's largest legal tender gold coin made of 99.99% pure gold & weighing in at a full metric tonne (2,204lbs). This video shows how it was done.

No idea bud, just typing in what I'm seeing.

Ya, the valuation makes no since. And, if it is legal tender...can we not just go down to the bank, get one, send it away to some other country where it isn't illegal to melt down due to legal tender status and profit?
