These ladies are great, what a team. *femme. I make a pretty mean Thai fried rice, but not quite up to these ladies' standards.

One thing I like to do is to use a cereal bowl as a mold, to make nice dome shaped portions on plates, and then put the cucumbers around it - as that's the way I saw it served in Bangkok.

Good stuff, except for the fish sauce. I'm Asian and I hate fish sauce, it's probably the smell.
