Farhad2000Excellent post CP.
cdominusShe was on KIRO-AM here in Seattle and I forgot her name and book. Thanks for reminding me CP
quantumushroomAll-you-can-eat left-wing drivel from an unqualified source.
Constitutional_PatriotThe issues she speaks of transcend partisanship quantum.
johnald128says...why would it become "completely clear" to her that every would-be-dictator "does the same 10 things"?
why make it a nice round 10 or did you just make them up... is it because you've mustered together a book with the number 10 on it? aww bless.
she started this with 'someone told me this' and 'she pointed out this', that's a typical thing to say when you never came to any conclusions about these things yourself.
it's true there are patterns though i'll give her that, it's no revelation though, i mean these acts are actually planned out by people.
i'd recommend chomsky if you're interested in this kind of thing and want to hear it from someone that knows what they're talking about.
she's basically right though they're just not her thoughts at all.
Farhad2000There is no such thing as transcending partisanship with quantum.
ObsidianStormI've already written my congressmen to impeach the current cast of crooks. This just makes it clear that it's going to take a whole lot more...
Excellent, enraging, scary post.
calvadoshmm. at -25:00 and she's raising some good points so far, but the comparison between Mussolini's thugs forcing people to drink castor oil (nasty, sometimes led to death) and the TSA making people drink carry-on liquids to prove they weren't harmful before they could be brought on board aircraft -- that falls really flat.

Constitutional_PatriotYeah, that's what i thought as well when I heard her state that. I thought it was kind of an odd comparison.
notarobotIt is odd. But the first steps that enabled the democratically elected Hitler from president to tyrant in Germany seemed only "odd" as well.
