My brothers and I had a similar experience with gerbils. Woke up one day to see they'd had babies and when we got home from school they'd already been eaten. Life's been a downward spiral from that point.

I would never eat any of my children. I mean if they ever come to exist.

Combat gerbils... nice

I've had lots of gerbils over the years, great little creatures.

No babies eaten, but when one adult died her sister ate her, about half of her actually. They dont waste protein.
