Customer thieves? You're either a customer or a thief, can't be both.

customer (cus·tom·er) –noun
1. a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron.

thief (thēf) -noun
1. a person who steals, esp. secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.

i really want to believe that the customers were SO freaked out that they did the first instinctual thing that came to their mind: get my shit together and run!!

although, the 2nd lady kinda ruins my thinking on that one since she was leaving and then reached back for the jewelry.

and who knows? maybe they actually went back to the store later and returned the items!! *yeah right! i know! )
