blankfistsays...Good use of *fear politicking to get their message across. I think I'm going to go with a high deductible catastrophic insurance policy, because I hear they only run about $50-100/month.
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Fear) - requested by blankfist.
quantumushroomsays...Let's say the average American requires one million dollars in medical care from cradle to grave (a low and optimistic sum).
Where is the government going to get 300 trillion dollars to cover 300 million Americans?
Xaxsays...How does any country fund such a system? It's not cheap, but we do it here in Canada and we manage just fine.
Of course, it helps if your country doesn't have a massive money-sucking war machine.

Taxation. I look forward to it, because the system we have right now is full-on retarded. Are you actually arguing with a straight face that it isn't? Have you honestly had a different experience? Given that the other major industrialized nations have:
- longer life expectancies
- lower infant mortality rates
- better-rated quality of care
I think I'll take what they're doing. Seems to be working for them just fine.
Kreegathsays...I'm not an American, doctor nor economist, so I won't presume to know what's best for the US.
demon_ixsays...Now all they need is for republicans to get the out-takes from this ad, gay-storm-rising style
