It doesn't mean the information is false, but it does mean - don't take at face value because nothing has been fact checked.

I never know how much of these videos are editorialized or opinion. It's so easy to build a false narrative.

I do believe he believes all this to be true, and I do believe that there is a lot of fact all woven together, but it's still based in belief and opinion.
I'd like to see some of these conjectures investigated, though we all know if it's truth, then none of it will ever be proven. And I think that's the whole problem here.
