Adding video to channels (Comedy, Law, News) - requested by NetRunner.

I thought the problem with the California law wasn't that it banned rated M games from being sold to minors, but that the state didn't rely on existing ratings but made their own board and decided what was okay and not, and then could further ban the game from sale to anyone period. It wasn't just enforcement of the ESRB ratings with a store getting into trouble like a movie theater selling a rated R ticket to a minor.
