Poor Mikey... from the movie Swingers. Mikey just got out of a long-term relationship that he has yet to get over, and gets a phone # from a girl at the Dresden (bar/club) and tries to call to set up a date. Funny in a very sad and embarrassing way...

Oh this scene is so great - I've got friends who leave the room when this comes on in the movie - it's just too painful to bear!

The shear awfulness of trying to "fix" something only to make it ten times worse.

Without a doubt one of the cringest scenes ever, I was barely able to keep my eyes on the screen the first time I saw it.

this is just one of those scenes where as a guy, you completely relate to the situation but at the same time you want to beat the ever-loving shite outta him.

Like watching a massive car wreck in slow motion hehe.
