Student Tasered After Asking John Kerry Questions

"Help me! They're arresting me!" Did this kid deserve it?

This is another angle and better quality than this one posted up earlier: http://www.videosift.com/video/UF-Student-tasered-at-John-Kerry-Speech

this is a better angle, this one should be used instead. although it doesnt show so well how the cops are already surrounding him at the beginning.
here's what followed minutes later - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7NWukZhsiBw

seems he was already causing a disturbance trying to get into the building. they knew he was going to ask a question about that book/those elections i think.
this guy should ahve been allowed to do this regardless of his attitude, at least to have gone further than this before getting dragged out. after all he was only asking a question! reminds me of alex jones shouting questions at george bush at some rally about a decade ago, got dragged out.

there's only two of the events on here, and this is the better one.

after thinking about this i've come to the conclusion that the police were totally in the wrong. it's not acceptable to tazer someone just for asking a hassley question, whatever happened to freedom of speech? if he was part of the gathering of people in that place then he should be free to say whatever, and have debates (and arguments) as much as is needed to find some answers.
i do wonder about american police training and when exactly they see that it's the right time to wrestle someone down. you'd think at least one other audience member would try and help him, even if he was being a bit of a nob... just goes to show you how cowardly people have become

Has nothing to do with freedom of speech. Prankster Idiot overstayed his welcome, abused the privilege of the open forum, prevented others from asking (real) questions and wasted everyone's time with his pre-planned hysterics.

Those Tasers are underpowered.

Not to say he deserved to be tazed, but I downvoted because he went about it the wrong way, in my opinion, even though I agree with his viewpoint on Kerry. I guess he succeeded in getting a lot of attention.
