Student Creates Plastic Gun That Fires From 3-D Printer

Ray Suarez reports on a Texas man has fabricated a working handgun from 15 plastic parts made using a 3-D printer. The design files for the gun, known as the "Liberator," are being published online, so anyone will be able to print their own gun without a background check or serial number.
