"Stuck At Prom" Duct Tape Formal Wear Creation Scholarship

Duck brand duct tape sponsors a yearly scholarship competition for $3,000. Apparently this has started quite a movement in high schools across America. They've been doing this for ten years now...I SO would have done this!
