antonyesays...From Wikipedia
"The Bike in the pilot episode was based upon a 1983 Honda XL500 trailbike, the bikes used in the series were based on 1984 Honda xr500's, the bikes used for the stunt shots were based on Honda CR250's, overall 15 bikes were used in the show. The whereabouts of 14 of the bikes are unknown, but one now resides in the Cars of the Stars Motor Museum in Keswick, England after being restored by the show's stuntman Chris Bromham. The pilot bike was designed by Andrew Probert and the series bikes were redesigned by Ron Cobb."

antsays...OMG! I remember this as a kid in the mid 80s. I was trying to remember what the name of this show. Wow, it looks cheesy now than what I remember. Basically, it was like Airwolf and Knight Rider, but with a motorcycle.

videosiftbannedmesays...I was an avid Airwolf fan, but only watched this show a few times. If I remember right, there was one episode where he had to flip a bitch and rather than slow down and do a U-turn, the motorcycle's back shocks detached, pointed downward, fired, blew the bike in the air and 180 degrees, just for it to land with him going the opposite direction.
That or maybe it was a dream I was having...can't remember.
