What is the world coming to when a woman can't have more than 1,000 CCs of silicone in each breast? Sheyla Hershey has had eight breast enlargement surgeries so far, but has to go to Brazil to continue on with her 'quest'.

At least she will never have to worry about drowning since she's packing ample flotation...
