An old man becomes emotionally involved with recollections of his youth. The longest single shot it is possible to do with film is 10 minutes long. Puppet animator Barry Purves pushes this to the limit: Screenplay is almost entirely a single shot – a single mistake and everything would have to be redone.

But it's stop-motion animation, innit? The longest cut is a single frame. What's this got to do with the ten-minute length of film? Was that description supposed to be sarcasm?
