When I first learned to play this on the guitar, I always had a hard time getting that high note because it was actually above the end of the fretboard on a standard guitar with standard tuning, and I couldn't get the right note because I was kind of flying blind with no visual marker as to where the note was...now I know it's because he was using a steel-slide guitar! I should have known. D'OH!
