The unknown workman was pictured with no safety equipment as he cleaned the tenth floor windows Onlookers saw him shuffle from window to window before casually dropping inside when he was finished.

Seems fake... the way the camera shakes like it's being held, but stays centered on the building instead of following the guy sticks out as being odd.

The guys that built these buildings....the bridges, did so mostly without harnesses, 100 feet up and much, much higher.

If height is no concern for you it's similar to standing on the ground, y'know...Body follows the mind.
