I really don't know what to make of this video, but I thought I'd share it with sifters for comment. ... after discussing with my Russian friend, who said she believes this doesn't exactly objectify women, I'm going to edit the title and award this a vote too.

How does this not objectify women?

Of course whenever you have a vid like this you have some objectification factor, but there's the question of, but does anything compensate for that? Beating up the soldier is part of the compensation here.

Alas, there are some people who would only see that as a bonus. It seems a paltry effort to 'empower' women (to me at least).
