You can see headlights moving on the wrong side of the oncoming road. Presumably that car turned right and then swerved left to avoid the car in front of the camera.

You can just see the back left corner of the "ghost car" at :10-:11 above the right rear corner of the car in front of us.

One of those weird perfectly timed things.
