conansays...wow, that guy would make a great teacher
deathcowsays...dude... shut up about physics for a minute and pass that thing before it goes out
TimothyChenAllensays...I like the self-deprecating nature of Feynmann. When one of the greatest minds ever can refer to himself as a confused ape, that fills me with respect (on the other hand, what does it say about the rest of us?)
joedirtsays...Uh.. seemed like hime explaining vision of electromagnetic radiation..
There was nothing about quantum effects, which makes that whole sea of e-fields even more fascinating (of course you'd have to shrink down very small to observe such effects)
bamdrewsays...I agree with Dr. Feynman. It is absolutely fascinating that all around all of the time are incredible amounts of interracting electromagnetic field information. And it is interesting to think of our eyes as instruments which are tuned to see a certain spectrum of this informatino, much as a radio is tuned to hear another spectrum.
Richard Feynman, 1985. QED: The strange theory of light and matter. Princeton Univ. Press. ...its a good, quick read, and was forced upon me in my undergrad days.
swampgirlsays...oohahh, this one's down
rickegeesays...video down
