Red Elvises - Boogie on the Beach

The Red Elvises are one of the most unusual bands I've ever come across. Hailing from Siberia, they play a fusion of rockabilly, surf, and traditional Russian folk. This song is from the soundtrack of the film Six-String Samurai, and is a good example of the way these styles fit together. One thing which might not be immediately apparent is that the bass is actually played on a ginormous balalaika.

If you ever have the chance to see these guys live, I highly recommend it. They put on a great show.
