Quake was definitely the start of great online gaming.

Wow...this is a thing of beauty. I'm so glad I started this collective now. All these memories coming back. I cant even begin to count how many hours I played quake for when I was a wee lad.

If id ever make a new Quake game (and I mean Quake - Ranger, slipgates and all) it should be exactly like this

True dat, Deathcow. Quake and Quake 2 were the greatest online games ever. They don't make em like they use to.
