This scene was the only one out of any game ive ever played that made me sit up and go "ohh no....noooo...no wtf ?? WTF!??? NOOOO!!!"

Quake iv was highly underrated... I think it just got lost in the endless series of similar games when it actually had quite inspired moments like these.

I think what really made this point in the game was the horrible sense of inevitability... seeing that soldier up ahead getting sliced and diced and knowing that only a few seconds later it was going to be you.

I agree, Quake 4 was a bit underrated. But it wasn't a breakthrough title either.
