I think public access TV needs to implement just a few broadcasting rules. Like not allowing the tone deaf to hit the airwaves.

There's far too much barely-contained-in-tight-lycra-pants package in this for my tastes, but that just adds to the Terrible, WTF factor, so upvote. Gotta love a good epic fail.
