Psychic Dog Experiment

My mother, of all people, put me on to Rupert Sheldrake's work of Morphic Resonance. This isn't him but still interesting anyway.

Most of Sheldrake's evidence is anecdotal and when carried out in proper test conditions repeats of his 'experiments' results are the same as expected by chance. Sheldrake claims this is because skeptics have negative effects on the 'morphic field' making it unfalsifiable. Ergo not science *nochannel, *catsanddogs, *documentaries

Not entirely.. they could try approaching the experiment with different mindsets in regard to how much they believe what they're trying for WILL happen. Intent affects outcome. And it's hard to test, measure, or experiment with ideas OUTSIDE of contemporary science, with the standard procedures and conventional methods OF contemporary science. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof, but they also require extraordinary methods and technology to obtain those proofs. Which we don't currently have.

Then again, I'm pretty stoned.
