That officer was extremely lucky his firearm jammed when the prep grabbed it, however I don't understand why initially the officer didn't act with foresight... you're alone stopping a speeding vehicle, you see that in the car is a man 2X larger then you, right there and then I would change tactics and take out my weapon, ask him to, open his door, interlock his fingers behind his head and step out... Then I'd question and or cuff him...
