fastfret79says...Great video, reminded me of this site http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/primer/java/scienceopticsu/powersof10/index.html which was probably based on this video
joemawlmasays...Brings back memories. This is a great video for kids to help put the size of everything in perspective. I loved it when I was younger.
conansays...a classic. wonderful.
messengersays...I remember being blown away by this when I was a kid. For some reason I always remembered it as the thumb of a guy in Florida.
Farhad2000says...I stopped believeing in God the moment i saw this when I was younger.
messengersays...It seems IBM once had the creative thinking that Google has now.

Tymbrwulfsays...Bah this is frustrating. *discuss
I believe that since siftbot no longer discards videos after they become dead, this video should be returned to being alive, seeing as this video: http://videosift.com/video/IBM-Powers-Of-Ten-amazing-9-minute-science-video which has been posted 7 months later is still functional!
Also I reserve the right for declaring the dupe
siftbotsays...This video is being sent to Sift Talk for discussion - discuss requested by Tymbrwulf.
gwiz665says...It's discarded and therefore not a dupe. We've established this precedence earlier.
