Looks like the nose wheel didn't lock into position when their landing gear descended. At the speed they were going there wasn't much danger, but I would have definitely felt the need to hug after a landing like that.

That looked silky smooth to me. I've felt much rougher landings with all landing gear locked in place.

Neither of the men "spilled any coffee" in their laps I see.

He didn't get those props stopped before he lurched forward...that is expensive. I am pretty sure he would of gotten a landing gear failure to lock warning...maybe not though. If he did and didn't stop the blades that's a small oversight in what was a pretty good landing all things considered.
