I had this one bookmarked, guess I should have got around to it sooner Good find, plan Columbia has been a mess from the start. We make lots of arrests, lots of noise, but the flow isn't stopped and the price doesn't change much.

True, rougy. It goes up and down in fits and starts over time and every time it twitches up a bit they point to it as a success, but the overall trend has been to make it a better price/purity trade off over time. Heroin even more so.
