Maybe it's just me, but I still find it hard to believe that the Clinton administration was behind all the deregulation that occurred during the late 90's. From '94 on Clinton had a Republican controlled congress against him. Yet he's continuously blamed for all the deregulation which is especially odd considering that Democrats are usually in favor of corporate regulation.

Not even putting forth the effort to capitalize words at the beginning of your sentences makes you look as dumb as you sound.
Maybe there's a "placedo" for that.
