I highly doubt Israel will end up attacking Iran. I also don't believe that once Iran obtains nuclear weapons, it will attack Israel with them.

Any nuclear attack on any Israeli city would kill as many Palestinians and Israeli Arabs as it would Israelis. The distances are simply too small.

And then, there's also the MAD concept, so on the whole, I won't be losing any sleep over a nuclear Iran. Even though I live in a potential ground-zero.

MAD only works for people playing by those same rules of rational self preservation. That isn't always the case. I don't want to evoke Godwin, but it is useful in this case. Hitler believed in social evolution, and as such, thought since the Germans couldn't be number 1, then they should all die in the name of social evolution. I am not calling any one person Hitler in the case, but I am pointing out that for MAD to work, you have to have a person that prescribes to your exact same world view. Some people would think killing many Palestinians to many, many more Jews might be acceptable. The enforcement of the NPT is dubious at best, so you can expect there to ALWAYS be high tensions and politicizing involved.
