Okay. If my sarcasm detector is on the fritz, I do apologize. However, that is not the fail in this commercial.

Take a look at any credit card or bank card, Joe, and notice where the magnetic strip is. The Discover card was being swiped upside down in every instance, not backwards.

swiping cards is soooo 5 years ago.. its' all chip and pin nowadays.

^ FYI, I've never used a card swiper with a reader on both sides. And what Raigen says is right... the magnetic stripe is on the top side of the card.
