Who is this guy? Enlighten us can8dn.

All I know is he's a wrestler. That explains the clothes.

His name is Choshu Koriki (長州小力). Well, that is his stage name. He is a Japanese comedian who dresses that way to mock a wrestler he kinda looks like. You can find more info on him here if your really up for it.. lol..
