Nick Lowe - "Half A Boy And Half A Man"

From Nick Lowe and His Cowboy Outfit's 1984 LP. I have always been a big fan of Nick and his subtle tributes to other musicians (I always heard Joe King Carrasco in this song).

I was glad to see when he got a big payday for his "Peace, Love and Understanding" contribution to the soundtrack to "The Bodyguard". But could they have found a less appealing stretch of beach for this video?

Love this song! *promote good times

Haha ... the video reminds me of a play I wrote [directed and was a feature player in] titled 'Beach Blanket Parcheesi' for the senior class assembly in high school ... indeed good times
