csnel3says...His death is unexplained yet not suspicious? Sounds like a professional handled it.
Trancecoachsays...Dead whistleblower, sullied media mogul, fired police chiefs. This British phone-hacking scandal is the real deal - I predict the conservative government goes down in 1960's Profumo style.
kymbossays...'Unexplained yet not suspicious' is how they avoid saying suicide, isn't it?
marinarasays...AP never says he was a witness to a crime. coverup starts now
antsays...*british
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (British) - requested by ant.
Deanosays...Poor edit at the end where instead of showing Neil Wallis who had the links to the coppers they show Andy Coulsen instead.
Deanosays...All this feels like the fallout you see at the end of some action movie where all the politicians and coppers get their collars felt. Well no politicians yet but you know there's an LA Confidential-style web of links going on.
A10anissays...He brought down a major newspaper and has put ALL media on trial. What point would there be in killing him after the disclosure? Of course he may have had much more information but, surely, killing him after the fact would just compound the problem. Still, what do i know? Let the conspiracy theories begin.

I don't care if conspiracies begin or if they're true or not (well, OK if it IS true), because if there is someone on this planet that needs SCRUTINY 24/7 due to this and everything else he has done, it's Rupert Murdoch.

bcglorfsays...I'm predicting suicide and/or overdose is declared the cause, he was known to have a drug and alcohol problem. I'm sure that Murdoch's people were never in contact with whoever sold Sean his last batch of drugs if that's what killed him.
swedishfriendsays...Why wouldn't a scumbag like Murdoch have him killed? Retaliation and a warning to other whistleblowers is motive enough for a psychopath.

bamdrewsays...'unexplained yet not suspicious'
in death he is an oxymoron
ponceleonjokingly says...Come on people, this is just a case of accidental decapitation while shaving. Nothing to see here, keep moving...
