budzossays...I gave this book to a girlfriend back in 1996 after thumbing through it and recognizing that Neil Gaiman + Magic + Black Humor had to = Win. She loved it, and she had very good taste as far as fiction was concerned. I always meant to read it because I like Neil Gaiman and british humor. Will try to do so before the movie comes out almost guaranteed to have Johnny Depp in it.
xxovercastxxsays...nix the apostrophe
peggedbeasays...i cant imagine johnny depp in it.
eventhough it is dark and funny.
hes just not brooding enough to play a demon.
and hes not light enough to play an angel.
and hes too old to play the antichrist.
and its not like he could have a minor role.
i just had a flash of angelina jolie being cast as war. not that i hate her on principle or anything, id just rather see someone a little purer.
why the hell am i casting a movie, which i doubt hollywood even has any intention of making right now, in my head?
thanks for getting me off on a pointless tangent @budzos
